The notification was issued by H G Koshia, Commissioner, Food and Drug Control Administration (FDCA).

Current Affairs:The Gujarat government on Thursday gave a notice requesting that cafés and lodgings evacuate “no section” signs with the goal that clients can enter their kitchens and review the degree of cleanliness.
The warning was given by H G Koshia, Commissioner, Food and Drug Control Administration (FDCA).
It guided concerned authorities to visit cafés and lodgings in their individual territories and evacuate sign sheets reporting “No section” or “No confirmation without authorization” from kitchen entryways.
The FDCA likewise asked eatery and lodging proprietors to introduce straightforward glass on kitchen entryways so clients can look from outside.
A fine of Rs 1 lakh will be forced if the mandates are not pursued inside about fourteen days.
“Presently lodging or café proprietors can not prevent clients from visiting the kitchen to ensure that legitimate cleanliness is being kept up. This is significant from wellbeing perspective,” said Koshia.
