Sayyad had requested that Thakur, blamed for coordinating the impact, be denied from challenging the Lok Sabha decision. He had likewise encouraged the court to drop her safeguard.
“This court does not have any lawful forces to restrict anybody from challenging the surveys. It is the activity of discretionary officers to choose. This court can’t prevent the denounced from challenging the surveys,” Judge Padalkar said.
Sayyad moved toward the court after the BJP handled Thakur as its Lok Sabha competitor from Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh to take on Congress veteran Digvijay Singh.
