SC to hear BJP candidate’s plea for protection from arrest in West Bengal

The candidate from Barrackpore seat alleged that the WB police has filed cases against him to ensure that he remains away during the counting of votes.

LokSabha Elections 2019:The Supreme Court Wednesday observed viciousness amid Lok Sabha surveys in West Bengal and consented to hear the request of BJP applicant from Barrackpore situate looking for security from capture in a few bodies of evidence stopped against him by state police.

A get-away seat involving Arun Mishra and M R Shah observed the entries of BJP pioneer Arjun Singh that he be allowed insurance from capture as he needed to be available amid checking of votes in favor of Lok Sabha races tomorrow at Barrackpore in West Bengal.

“Viciousness is occurring there. You (Singh’s advice) know it great,” the seat said while consenting to hear the request of BJP hopeful at 12:30 pm today.

Senior promoter Ranjit Kumar, showing up for Singh, said around 20 criminal arguments have been stopped against him from April 4 to May 20 because of political feud and to guarantee that he stays away amid tallying of votes.

“In the event that I return without assurance I will be captured. Tomorrow I must be available at checking,” the senior legal counselor stated, including legal advisors are strike in Kolkata.
