The rape survivor’s maternal aunt succumbed to injuries in a district hospital and the others were transferred to a trauma centre in Lucknow, police said
Current Affairs:- A vehicle wherein the overcomer of Unnao assault case, her family and legal counselor were voyaging was hit by an over-speeding truck in Rae Bareli on Sunday, killing two individuals while leaving her and the supporter fundamentally harmed, police said.
BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar, who is a denounced in the assault case, was captured on April 13 a year ago.
Unnao Superintendent of Police Madhav Prasad Verma said the assault survivor, her fatherly and maternal aunties alongside their backer met with a mishap while on their approach to meet her uncle, who is held up in Rae Bareli correctional facility.
The assault survivor’s maternal auntie surrendered to wounds in a region medical clinic and the others were moved to an injury focus in Lucknow, police said.
ADG Lucknow Rajeev Krishna stated, “Two ladies were slaughtered in the mishap. The assault survivor and the legal counselor are in a basic condition and experiencing treatment at the injury focus in Lucknow.”
“The assault survivor’s family had been given security, yet the heavy armament specialist had not went with them on Sunday. The explanation for it is being examined,” he stated, including, “The truck associated with the mishap has been seized. It has a Fatehpur locale enrollment plate.”
In the interim, UP Congress pioneer Aradhana Mishra, who went to visit the harmed on the bearings of Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra told PTI, “The assault survivor is in an exceptionally basic condition and the promoter is on ventilator. As indicated by specialists, one individual had kicked the bucket on the spot, while another was proclaimed dead upon their landing in the injury focus.”
SP boss Akhilesh Yadav affirmed that the mishap could be an intrigue to kill her and requested a CBI test into the Sunday episode.
“The mishap including the Unnao assault injured individual in Rae Bareli is a genuine occurrence, and there could be probability of homicide behind this episode,” Yadav said in an announcement issued here.
“This episode has joins with a BJP MLA and there is BJP government in the state. There is ‘wilderness raaj’ in the state. The crooks are wandering courageously. Just a CBI test will comprehend this riddle,” he included.
The Samajwadi Party said that it will bear the expense of treatment of those harmed in the mishap.
In an answer, the Yogi Adityanath government has said if the group of the Unnao assault survivor needs, the legislature is prepared to prescribe a CBI test into the mishap.
In the mean time, it has been discovered that the enrollment plate of the truck had been painted dark which shows a bigger connivance in the issue.
