Kejriwal said free rides for women on all DTC and cluster buses will ensure their safety
Current Affairs:-Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal declared on Thursday that rides on DTC and bunch transports will be free for ladies from October 29 on the event of Bhaiya Dooj.
He made the declaration at the Delhi government’s Independence Day occasion at Chhatrasal Stadium.
“Upon the arrival of Raksha Bandhan, I need to offer blessing to our sisters that there will be free rides for ladies on all DTC (Delhi Transport Corporation) and group transports from October 29, which will guarantee their wellbeing,” Kejriwal said.
