Kashmir stays shut for 12th day, restrictions on people’s movement relaxed

Officials say the situation in the Valley is being monitored on a real-time basis and the decision to remove the forces will depend on the ground situation

Current Affairs:-Kashmir stayed shut for the twelfth back to back day on Friday, even as the specialists loosened up confinements on the development of individuals in Srinagar.

“Confinements on the development of individuals have been facilitated in many pieces of the Valley. The circumstance so far has stayed quiet,” a senior authority of the state organization said here.

He said while the organization of security powers on the ground stays as prior, individuals were permitted to move around the city and different towns.

Kashmir was set under a complete clampdown on August 5, hours before Union Home Minister Amit Shah declared in the Rajya Sabha that the extraordinary status for the state had been repudiated.

The state organization has guided government representatives to report at work from Friday through a radio declaration.

While schools are shut for as long as about fourteen days, shops and different business foundations also stayed shut since August 5.
