He was moved from his home to the lodging during the night, they said.
Faesal who was halted from taking a trip to Istanbul at the Delhi airplane terminal during the interceding night of Tuesday and Wednesday was flown back to Srinagar where he was confined under the Public Safety Act (PSA), they said.
