Office rent rises by 9% in Hyderabad, drops in Delhi-NCR in July-Sep: JLL

Kolkata saw 3 percent ascend to Rs 52.14 from Rs 50.83, while Chennai saw 4 percent ascend to Rs 59 for every sq ft from Rs 57.

Month to month office rentals were insignificantly up 1 percent to Rs 123.87 from Rs 122.76.

Among seven urban communities, just Delhi-NCR detailed one percent drop in rental to Rs 77.25 per sq ft every month from Rs 77.86 in the year-prior period.
