Nobody is permitted to enter or leave the private emergency clinic, a city official said.
The emergency clinic has a few workers from Kerala, prompting a senior Congress pioneer from the southern state, Ramesh Chennithala, to tweet, “Called Maharashtra wellbeing priest Shri.
