Srivastava said India has been in contact with the UK after Mallya’s application for leave to speak to the UK’s Supreme Court was dismissed.

The UK top court’s choice denoted a significant mishap to the 64-year-old representative as it came a long time after he lost his High Court advance in April against a removal request to India.
