The AAP government has firmly been contradicting the new framework which Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal compared with “detainment” of Covid-19 patients.
Lt Governor Anil Baijal is the director of Delhi Disaster Management Authority while the main clergyman is its bad habit administrator.
