Current Affairs : Consent of nearby police headquarters will be required for marriage and burial service in Odisha according to the new rule of the state government.
The Odisha government has coordinated the area and police experts in the state to guarantee severe execution of rules for marriage and memorial service related capacities.
A limit of 50 individuals will be took into account marriage and 20 for burial service.
“Marriage and its related capacities will be held uniquely with earlier consent (recorded as a hard copy or through electronic correspondence) of the neighborhood police headquarters. Neighborhood police headquarters will be approved to give authorization for holding marriage and its related capacities subject to support of most extreme 50 people,” read the rule.
“Memorial service and its related capacities will be held distinctly with earlier consent (recorded as a hard copy or through electronic correspondence) of the nearby police station,”it said.
If there should arise an occurrence of marriage works, the host and proprietor/chief of the marriage scene/premises will be considered answerable for guaranteeing the rule and will be obligated for lawful activity for any infringement.
