Sacked vice president serve Sachin Pilot and the different MLAs were approached to react to the notification by Friday, sources said. The notification were given on Tuesday.
Congress sources said Pilot and 18 different MLAs had resisted a whip and didn’t go to its governing body party gatherings.
Sachin Pilot was on Tuesday sacked as vice president serve and the state Congress president after he didn’t appear at the Congress Legislature Party gatherings on Monday and Tuesday.

The gathering had recorded an appeal with Speaker C P Joshi, looking for the exclusion of all gathering MLAs who didn’t go to the CLP meeting, AICC general secretary Avinash Pande said on Wednesday.
He said it was dependent upon the Speaker to choose what move to make if the answers to the notification were not agreeable.
The gathering has likewise given a muffle request, saying no Congress part can speak with the media without the consent of the recently designated state unit boss.
On Tuesday, Avinash Pande, who is the Rajasthan in-control at the AICC, broke down the state official and all cells of the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee (RPCC).
The Congress had named Govind Singh Dotasara as the new leader of the gathering’s Rajasthan unit.
With the arrangement of the new president, another state official and offices will be framed, Pande said.
He said no Congressman will speak with the media without the consent of the state unit president.
