Taking into account this, the stature of the sanctuary has been expanded from 141-feet to 161-feet,” Nikhil Sompura told ANI here.He said that two mandaps’ have been added to the structure.

“All columns and the stones that were cut dependent on the previous structure will in any case be utilized, they won’t be squandered. Just two ‘mandaps’ have been added to the structure,” he included.

Nikhil said that it involved extraordinary pride for him and his family that they had been gave the respect of planning the sanctuary and said that the hallowed place will be prepared for lovers after 3.5 years.

“Once the ‘bhoomi-pujan’ is done within the sight of the Prime Minister, the development work will begin. The group of L and T, alongside hardware and materials, have arrived at the spot and the work on establishment will begin immediately. It will take 3 to 3.5 years for the culmination of the work,” he said.

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust has proposed two dates in August for establishing the framework stone of a Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

The Trust had welcomed Prime Minister Modi to establish the framework stone of the sanctuary either on August 3 or 5.
