In one of the harshest attacks on Google, two US representatives accused the company of helping China’s military

During a House of Representatives Anti-trust Subcommittee hearing on Wednesday, two Republican individuals from the House condemned Google’s withdrawal from a computerized reasoning agreement with the Pentagon in 2018 after around 4,000 workers of the tech mammoth requested that it not engage in military projects.
In one of the harshest ideological assaults on Google during the meeting, delegates Matt Gaetz and Ken Buck, blamed the organization for helping China’s military.
Pichai denied that Google worked with China’s military. “It is completely bogus,” he said.
The Chinese government has prohibited Google.
