Current Affairs : Congress pioneer Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday claimed that around 20 million individuals lost their positions over the most recent four months in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and affirmed that “reality with regards to joblessness” can’t be avoided the nation.
Refering to a media report, he said in a tweet in Hindi, “Over the most recent 4 months, around 20 million individuals have lost their positions. The fate of 20 million families is uninformed. Reality with regards to joblessness and demolition of the economy can’t be escaped the nation by hawking counterfeit news and scorn on Facebook.”
The news report refered to by Gandhi asserted that around 18.9 million positions were lost due to the coronavirus pandemic from April onwards.
An enormous political line broke out after a report by the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) a week ago asserted that senior Facebook heads had restricted applying loathe discourse rules to posts by certain BJP pioneers, with the BJP and the Congress occupied with an unpleasant war of words over the issue.
