Maintaining the UGC choice to hold last year tests, a seat headed by Justice Ashok Bhushan said if any state feels they can’t lead tests by that date, they should move toward the UGC for new dates to hold the test.
Yuva Sena, the adolescent wing of the Shiv Sena, is one of the applicants in the zenith court and has scrutinized the UGC’s order to hold assessments in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
The UGC had before said that the July 6 rules depend on suggestions of specialists and have been made after due thought and it isn’t right to guarantee that it won’t be conceivable to lead the last assessments as far as the rules.
