Current Affairs:-The Supreme Court on Thursday would not accord pressing hearing to a supplication testing the Presidential Order on Article 370 which renounced Jammu and Kashmir’s extraordinary status.
The issue was referenced for dire posting before a seat headed by Justice N V Ramana.
Promoter M L Sharma, who has recorded the appeal, asked the court that his supplication be recorded for hearing either on August 12 or 13.
The seat, nonetheless, revealed to Sharma that his supplication would be heard at the appointed time.
