August 15 deadline for Covaxin impossible to achieve, say trial sites

Current Affairs : India’s Covid-19 immunization story took an unforeseen turn after the Indian Council of Medical Research’s (ICMR’s) boss kept in touch with specialists of the clinical preliminary destinations picked for Covaxin — being created by Bharat Biotech in organization with the National Institute of Virology — advising them regarding the dispatch date corresponding with India’s Independence Day (August 15).
